Challenge: How can we make giffgaff synonymous with refurbished phones?

Insight: Even when we’re finished with them, it’s hard to end our relationship with our phones. 

Idea: Giffgaff are going to piggyback on the final season of ‘You’, because that guy has no problem with getting rid of his exes.
